Bwin signs deal with Euroleague Basketball Euroleague Basketball and bwin, the leading online sports betting and gaming operator, are pleased to announce a new multi-year sponsorship agreement. The deal renews the partnership between bwin and Euroleague, with the pair having successfully worked together earlier in the decade. The new arrangement will run for an initial three-year period and cover Greece, Italy and Spain.
