Crons sponsors UNC Asheville Bulldogs Pittsburgh, PA (June 17, 2010) --  The Crons BrandTM today announced another milestone partnership, this one with the Big South Conference's University of North Carolina Asheville beginning in the fall of 2010. The partnership makes the Bulldogs the first University to become a multi-sport partner for the rising brand. "Our goal is to continue to grow consistently and we could not be happier than to add UNC Asheville as our first multi-sport University," said Founder and CEO Pat Cavanaugh.  "The Bulldogs motto of 'Champions in Athletics, Leaders In Life' is exactly what we have modeled our business on, and we are excited to be able to grow with their staff and their student-athletes both academically and athletically." "One of the key elements in establishing a brand is consistency, and this partnership with Crons will give all our student athletes a consistent look and feel, which is essential to our growth in all aspects of sport," said Director of Athletics Janet R. Cone. "Pat and his team have put together a program that makes sense and is consistent with our mission of helping mold student-athletes who are successful both on the court and in life, and we are excited to grow with them."
