National Highway Traffic Safety Administration partners with Sonoma Raceway NHTSA, which was established by the Highway Safety Act of 1970, will serve as title sponsor of NASCAR Sprint Cup Series qualifying for Drive for Safety Pole Day on Saturday, June 27.
