Planters signs deal with Jacksonville Open 11/2014 New 2010 Nationwide Tour Event Will Benefit Local Non-Profits (Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida)- Winn-Dixie’s (NASDAQ: WINN) Chairman, CEO and President Peter Lynch and PGA TOUR Commissioner Tim Finchem announced today a partnership that will bring a new Nationwide Tour event, the “Winn-Dixie Jacksonville Open presented by Planters,” to the Jacksonville area in October 2010 to benefit local charities. Jacksonville-based Winn-Dixie Stores will serve as the tournament’s title sponsor.
