Simmons Bedding Company signs deal with Dempsey Racing The announcement was made on the eve of the Rolex 24 At Daytona, January 23 â 26, the internationally recognized day-long endurance race at Daytona International Speedway that this year serves as the inaugural event of the debuting IMSA TUDOR United SportsCar Championship season. Dempsey and Davis will be joined by longtime teammate Joe Foster and standout German factory Porsche driver Marc Lieb in the race that is scheduled to start Saturday at 2:10 p.m. EST with live coverage on FOX commencing at 2 p.m. EST/11 a.m. PST.
