Sweetbay Supermarket sponsors Tampa Bay Rays 11/2014 As part of the agreement, Sweetbay will receive signage at Tropicana Field in addition to promotion on Rays television and radio broadcasts. Sweetbay will serve as the "Rays Official Baseball and Softball Headquarters" and will partner with the Rays on a fundraising effort to benefit area youth baseball and softball programs. In addition, parents can sign up their kids for the chance to announce "play ball" from the field prior to a Rays home game through the "Sweetbay Play Ball Kid" contest.
