Time, Inc. signs deal with Summer of Swim Music & Fan Festival Time Inc.'s (TIME) Sports Illustrated today announced an alliance with Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment (BSE) to produce the first-ever Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Summer Music & Fan Festival, in conjunction with Live Nation, at world famous Coney Island on Sunday, August 28. The festival will feature a series of free daytime activities, including model appearances on the beach and boardwalk. A special concert will be held that evening at the new Amphitheater at Coney Island Boardwalk. Talent and ticket information for the concert and special VIP packages to the daytime activities will be announced shortly.
Time, Inc. signs deal with ATX Television Festival Time Inc.’s (TIME) Entertainment Weekly announced a multi-year partnership with the ATX Television Festival, now in its fifth year, which will take place June 9-12, 2016, in Austin, TX. Entertainment Weekly (EW) will be the presenting sponsor, along with Toyota, of the 10-year reunion of “Ugly Betty,” which will take place on the festival’s closing night this year, and will feature cast members America Ferrera, Eric Mabius, Vanessa Williams, Becki Newton, Michael Urie, Ashley Jensen, Ana Ortiz, Tony Plana, Rebecca Romijn and Mark Indelicato.
