QUEENS, N.Y. – St. John’s and BODYARMOR announced a partnership Thursday making the hydration brand the “Official Sports Drink of St. John’s Athletics.” It is the first official university athletics sponsorship for BODYARMOR, which had previously teamed up with professional sport franchises such as the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and the Houston Rockets.    As part of the multi-year agreement brokered by IMG, BODYARMOR will be prominently placed on the sidelines, benches and dugouts for all St. John’s home athletic events. The University’s athletics marks and logos will be visible on BODYARMOR’s media platforms and throughout sampling campaigns at community and retail events.
