LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech University Athletics officials announced a $1 million gift from PlainsCapital Bank supporting The Campaign for Fearless Champions on Friday. The gift will support construction of the planned Sports Performance Center, which will house the new indoor track and indoor football practice facilities.
