The Sponsorship Manager will work with the Director, Digital, Marketing and Sponsorships to bring the TAG Heuer brand to life via world class sponsorship activations and content creation.


We seek a highly motivated individual with previous experience activating and managing brand related sponsorships and events surrounding those sponsorships. Previous experience developing sponsorship-related digital content and social media marketing is also required.


This hybrid role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, project management, and creative content development.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS


Sponsorship Management:

  • Serves as day to day point of contact for North America sponsorship activity
  • Ensures brand values are achieved through sponsorship visibility and activation
  • Serves as project lead for developing and executing on-site events in collaboration with events team
  • Identifies opportunities to expand partnerships or collaborate with other sponsors to extend TAG Heuer’s marketing reach
  • Leads integration of event marketing opportunities, including on-site, online, mobile and social execution
  • Represents TAG Heuer at events


    Content Creation

  • Directly translates sponsorship activation into consumer content
  • Plans and executes content publishing schedules across various digital platforms, in collaboration with North American and Global digital teams, sponsorship partners and creative agencies
  • Manages a portion of TAG Heuer’s annual media plan
  • Communicates content plans to media and digital teams in North America and Switzerland to drive marketing communications
  • Manages social media activity related to all sponsorship content


    REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

  • Reports directly to the Director, Digital, Marketing and Sponsorships
  • Works closely with US and global marketing teams
  • Manages 3rd party agencies and vendors
  • Significant interaction with senior management and VIP clients


    Required Skills

    KNOWELEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Willingness to work in an extremely hands-on manner—develop the strategy behind a particular initiative and then execute all details
  • Able to excel in fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Ability to adeptly manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage third party resources
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • College degree required
  • 5 years’ experience managing brand sponsorships either in-house or agency-side. Sports marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Luxury, fashion, sports, travel/hospitality experience a plus
  • Social media marketing experience a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, including some weekends and holidays
