Events prioritization and planning driving sampling at a local basis
Execute and implement experiential sports marketing initiatives through Trade Marketing Manager coordination
Evaluate, measure sports experiential platforms and programs; evaluate and optimize strategies based on KPIs
Increase AB InBev’s brand penetration, consideration and attributes by executing and localizing experiential programs that leverage the passions of our consumers with focus on sports. Individual is part of the
Regional Marketing Team that also includes Media and Local Content.
Provide local expertise to Sales , Regional Marketing Team , trade marketing, wholesalers and other internal stakeholders on sports platforms
Define, appoint and manage external business partners and agencies
Manage sports experiential budget and portfolio of sports assets in the region

Job Qualifications
Leadership skills to lead and manage Trade Marketing Managers
Strong communication, organization multi-tasking and negotiation skills
Strong analytic skills with ability to build plans based on well-defined KPIs
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or science.
MBA desirable, but not essential
3-5 years’ experience in sports marketing industry on right holder, sponsor or agency side
Previous experience in experiential marketing; beer/beverages experience is a plus
Must be a creative collaborator who can lead both internal and external teams in through both the ideation and development phases
