Entertainment Marketing lead with responsibility for crafting branded entertainment and content strategies across the portfolio of Sparking, Still and VEB brands. Lead the strategy, identification, negotiation and management of talent and asset partnerships which ultimately drive brand health and profit through a strategic partnership portfolio. Key cross functional thought leader and collaborator who provides influence and expertise across celebrity talent, influencers, film, television, product placement/integration, fashion, fitness, culinary, lifestyle partnerships and more. This position works cross-functionally with brand, content, connections, PAC, business affairs, legal and commercial teams as well as with the bottlers and customer teams.
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identification and development of entertainment initiatives to support national campaigns including television, print, digital, social media, promotions, customer, experiential, influencer and experiential marketing. (25%)
Lead, identify, gain internal consensus, influence critical decisions across key constituents for celebrity talent and partnerships across entertainment verticals (celebrity talent, cultural influencers, film, television, product placement/integration, fashion, fitness, food etc.). (25%)
Project manager who implements, branded entertainment initiatives and innovation across content, brand, media, legal, PAC, business affairs, finance , retail, sales, customer, and more. (25%)
Management of celebrity partnerships, cultural influencers and key entertainment sponsorships, properties, events and industry relationships on behalf of the Company. (15%)
Analyze media and entertainment landscape, market trends and competitor activity to identify, advocate and implement new innovation and business development opportunities. Deliver new solutions across all lines of business by bringing the right analysis, consulting, and delivery, while driving a “how can I add value” approach to partnership. (10%)
This positon must have broad system influencing and strategic selling skills, as well as financial and negotiation problem solving and innovation sills in order to perform successfully in role. The challenges this role may face include, but are not limited to: many stakeholders with varying opinions, budget constraints, quick turnaround times for need to deliver, challenging external partners, contractual issues, existing process / departments that are hesitant to try innovative approach strategies and more.
The role is required to play a role in Sparkling and Stills brand team annual business planning, which includes situation assessments, opportunity and risk analysis, strategic prioritization and annual plan imperatives. The role will influence the development of annual and long-range business plans to enhance the integration of entertainment that drive business results
The position has indirect supervision of cross functional colleagues who are working on entertainment projects as well as supervision of an entertainment agency team and product placement agency.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree required
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
10 or more years of related entertainment, marketing and media experience required
Previous experience with strategic negotiation, program development and activation required
