Position is directly responsible for leading and managing key sports marketing partnerships and developing activation programs in coordination with IMC, Brand, Commercial Leadership, CP&I and Franchise teams. Primary focus is overseeing MBA relationship and activations.


Executes national brand activation programs for multi-brand programs from concept development through execution while maintaining holistic portfolio perspective, historical performance, competitive landscape, system capability, merchandising element effectiveness and legal guidelines to profitably deliver fewer, better programs.


Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:


  • Grow our brands through partnerships and activation including research, analysis, recommendations for programming, influencing and gaining alignment with all cross functional partners to achieve success.
  • Interpret brand business plans in order to develop impactful brand integration with assets
  • Provide thought leadership for sports passions to brand team and other cross functional team members
  • Managing key sports partnerships and manage contractual obligations and total budget for partnerships
  • Lead agency partner relationships


    Required Skills

    Education Requirements:


    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required


    Related Work Experience Required:


  • At least 8 years.
  • Knowledge of the strategic alignment between local/global properties and brand strategy.
  • Knowledge of legal limitations when developing programs/merchandise/properties.
  • Ability to manage projects to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria) to establish clear goals and accountabilities.
  • Ability to develop project plans, allocate resources, identify potential issues/risks and develop contingency plans.
