The Experiential Marketing Manager is an individual contributor to the Experiential Marketing Department, responsible for managing the day-to-day Experiential Marketing activities for the assigned brand, which may include Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM, FIAT, or Alfa Romeo. This individual will work within the organization, to support the strategic brand initiatives that drive an enhanced consumer experience while elevating and expanding the value proposition. The Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Experiential Marketing. The purpose of position is to develop and execute an experiential marketing function for the assigned brand, which can range from single events to a series of events to support a National Tour. Responsibilities include annual planning, concept development, external market solicitation, internal ideation, and evaluation for brand fit, evaluation of cost versus benefit, event execution, event alterations, budget management, and overall knowledge of experiential marketing. The position has a heavy cross-functional emphasis that includes Marketing, Brands, Legal, P&S, Sales, outside agencies, Media, and Advertising.


The ideal candidate must be able to do the following:

  • Work in a self-directed environment
  • Can think operationally, strategically, tactically, and analytically
  • Understanding of Experiential goals and performance tracking
  • Can manage a variety of agencies and be accountable for activation execution


    Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to travel within the US
  • 3 years of experience in Program Management and/or Sales & Marketing
  • Understanding of Experiential goals and performance tracking
  • Able to manage a variety of agencies and be accountable for activation execution
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, communication and time management skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and present monthly and quarterly performance
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills
  • Able to expertly summarize data in charts and graphs, with clear call to actions or insights
