The P&G Personal Care (brands: Olay Body, Secret & Old Spice) team is looking for dedicated and driven Brand Influencer Managers to join the team, where you will be completely redefining the digital, social & influencer model. Redefining the influencer model, strategy & media serving role is absolutely critical for growth as the media landscape continues to evolve. This role is located in Cincinnati, OH at our global headquarters.

You’ll be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use your initiative, and help build billion-dollar brands. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Brand Leaders and Teams to develop influencer strategies and related programs
  • Collaborate with CMK to turn consumer insights into campaign KPI’s that align to brand strategies
  • Find opportunities to expand P&Gs network of influencers
  • Develop and test new ways to leverage influencers as a business builder
  • Work in between Agencies, Influencers and Brand teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage relationship with Macro Influencers and ensure quality work is being delivered while maintaining respectful relationships
  • Continuously expand P&Gs approach and perspective to Influencer Marketing
  • Develop ambitious influencer approaches that connect to traditional approaches
  • Stay abreast of FTC guidelines and maintain compliance of programs


    Required Skills


    The Ideal Candidate:

  • Be Social Media and Influencer savvy
  • Be able to thrive in ambiguity, pivot easily and be comfortable with disruptive innovation
  • Have an understanding of social media platforms, digital campaigns, and influencer marketing
  • Ability to relocate to Cincinnati, OH
  • Able to travel up to 15% domestically


    Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (preference is Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or similar field
  • Have 1-3 (or more) years of relevant work experience (Marketing/PR/media agency, etc.)
