We’re looking for a Director of Product Merchandising Management within Global Sports Marketing Operations. This role will influence and execute the product strategy for teams and athletes across the globe.


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON


This role will work alongside key partners in Consumer Creation Business Operations, Consumer Creation Product Merchandising Operations, and PTL Operations to influence, align and execute the vision of product placement on our athletes and teams to drive deep connections with consumers.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in strategic thinking, iterative process development, and the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional business partners to bring business strategies to life through product execution on and off the field of play.


In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals who will connect the gender product offense across footwear, apparel, and equipment through both qualitative and quantitative insights, develop processes, and drive global product projects to ensure execution of seasonal strategies.


Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Merchandising, Business, or Marketing or an additional +7 years additional progressive related experience.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of directly demonstratable experience in merchandising, merchandising operations, or product creation at Global or Geo level.
  • 6+ years of dynamic leadership experience in leading cross-functional projects.
  • Strong strategy building skills that shape the future of the business.
  • Proven track record in leading a team of professionals including coaching for their development.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship management, and confidence and proficiency in addressing partner audiences across all levels.
  • Proven track record of responding to and prioritizing changing demands effectively.
