As a Marketing Manager, you will support design and innovation initiatives and development processes within Sports & Entertainment accounts. Working closely with the Director of Design and Development, and the VP of Design and Development, you will support several design and innovation initiatives primarily focused on capital investment projects and new concept development and implementation. You will be managing cross functional teams with heavy project management and administrative work to include tracking tasks, managing communications and progress, and coordinating design, development, branding, construction, and field implementation. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing communications including client communications and presentations, advertising, public relations, in-venue promotional support and social media marketing.
You will partner closely with corporate functional teams (Data Science, IT, Finance and Culinary), as well as the field operation teams (General Managers and venue department heads) to ensure the conceptual strategy and tactics align with the corporate and regional operational goals and vision.
You will manage all aspects affiliated with specified design and development projects. This will include the management of 3rd party creative firms, architecture firms and general contractors, as well as management of internal design processes and procedures in collaboration with the Business Resource Center, IT, and operations.

Support all stages of the program development and field roll out process
Exercise creativity and independent judgment in developing and evaluating content in support of a broad portfolio of Aramark field services
Project manage design, development, construction and implementation of new concepts and brands
Support design and development efforts across the S&E business which result in increased client satisfaction and consumer experiences.
Support development of strategic project management process including surfacing tools and project management software
Collaborate with Design and Development team to develop new, innovative concepts and programs for testing
Support development through trend and competitive analysis and marketplace research
Collaborate with Data Science team to measure sales results of new concepts and make recommendations for future roll outs
Build field implementation guides and brand books for new concept roll out and scale
Work closely with field operations team to roll out and maintain concept standards
Proven track record of developing and successfully managing program initiatives and strategies
Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals
Demonstrated ability to act as a creative and administrative coordinator to external firms, agencies and internal resources
Understanding of how to manage multiple projects at once
Demonstrated communication and creative writing skills
Experience in project management and/or development
Position Qualifications:
BA/BS required
Ideal candidate will possess at least 4+ years of marketing, and/or project management experience preferably in the food and beverage sector
Exposure to the design development process preferred
Hyper-competitive, aggressive and diligent with a strong desire to think differently
Excellent organizational skills including time and project management
Ability to manage complex projects with multiple moving parts
Self-driven, confident and creative
Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications is required, project management and creative software preferred (InDesign, Photoshop)
Position requires flexibility to travel 30%, including overnight
