Strayer University partners with Washington Commanders 11/2014 WASHINGTON – December 10, 2012 – Strayer University announced today that it will partner with the Washington Redskins to offer a three-part financial planning series for players and their families. The Strayer University course developed specifically for professional athletes, “Your Financial Playbook,” teaches NFL players the importance of long-term financial planning and how to manage personal finances. The course addresses the unique pressures that professional athletes face to protect, invest and manage career earnings during their time in the NFL and in retirement.
